Pure Health Discounts Unable to locate order. Poor Customer Service. Very rude! Internet
I have ordered from this online business several times. However, most recently, I placed an order for $437 for 35% food grade peroxide for our pool. The purchase was made on 7/29/16. I have not received a tracking email from this company, however, they did charge my account and remove the $437 on 7/31/16. I have attempted to contact their customer service on four different days and also sent an email but no one reached out to me. I finally spoke to a female today who said she was the owner. She could not pronounce my name correctly or spell it right to check their computer. I stated that I lived in Arizona, she reported back to me that I lived in California. She was not only no help in locating my order that I have already paid for, she then became very unpleasant and disconnected my call.
