Purebred Breeders LLC Sent us a defective puppy and lied to us continually Internet
We purchased a puppy through this Purebred Breeders LLC Company. We signed their contract in good faith.
We had our puppy delivered from a breeder in Texas on July 20,2010. We had to put our puppy to sleep on July 23, 2010.
We are writing this so that other trustworthy people do not get caught up and scammed from this company. We are always being told that whoever we want to speak to about our case is busy and cant speak to us. Please do not let them tell you that they will call you back, just stay on the line and hold until you speak to anyone.
Our dog was flown to us with a statement from the breeders vet that he was healthy. We had an issue with the dogs testicles being undescended. We were told from Purebred Breeders that the puppies t******e had descended but the vet statement that came with the puppy stated otherwise.
We were also told by Purebred Breeders that our dog was registered with the Canadian Kennel Club. As you might guess, after a phone call i made too late, that was also a blatant lie to get us to sign their contract. Please request the registration be put in writing.
When we recieved our dog, he seemed fine to us but we have never owned a dog before. We took him to our vet the very next day and our vet looked at him and looked over the breeders vet statement and said our puppy seemed fine.
After starting to bond with our puppy and feeding him according to the breeders instructions, our puppy screamed out in pain on the third day. We had taken him outside to the potty and we thought he stepped on a bee. He went to the bathroom and picked his foot up and started screaming. We immediately took him to an emergency vet. He had to have x-rays done and when the vet discussed with us the problem and prognosis of what that puppy would have to go through we had to make a very difficult decision to put our puppy to sleep.
The emergency vet had said we should return our puppy to the breeder and that we should also go after our emergency vet bills. As we got the puppy from Texas, we would not allow our puppy to suffer being returned that kind of distance.
We are now in the process of asking for a refund with our vet bills included. Our contract says no refunds but we believe we signed that contract under false pretenses.
We are just letting people know about this so that it might not happen to someone else. Please get everything in writing and beware that most everything these people say is not true.
You would think in today's world that businesses like this would not be able to operate lawfully. To think that people get arrested everyday for shoplifting and stealing, and then there is this business who seems to be able to steal thousands of dollars legally somehow from people just amazes me. Shame on the state of Florida and their govenor for not looking into this shady business.

To the people who will say it is our faults for not researching properly we already know that and we already have suffered greatly. We are only writing this review in the hopes of it not happening to others.

is it a one person business or a joint venture for some people to make quick money from millers? I have seen their web sites pop up everywhere . They have any breed in any state which should be a red flag If you know the owners names please post I am interested in knowing who is behind this form of adopting/selling puppies in this fashion
