Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

have been breeeding healthy, family well socialized dogs for over 18 years. I have used PuIrebred breeders/buypuppies direct, for about 2 of these years, by recommendation of a good friend, whom of course was not aware of the unethical, customer/breeder relations this company represents. I have many stories now that I have done my research, but like most people, I thought that this was an isolated bad experience, that of course could not happen to me. My family treats our puppies as though they are are lifetime pets from birth, to the point where even my teenagers have our puppies on thier laps during the videogames( as frustrating as video games are to parents, I have to say, puppies do not judge and benifit from this one on one time they get socializing with our family. I now have return clients and referalls from happy families that I get daily via email, voicemail and text. I have been using this service for a few years because, although I had read a few negative public internet complaints, I had yet to have a nightmare experience like the one I just went through. I never write these kind of internet public complaints but If I can prevent even one person from making the same mistake as myself, it will be worth the time I put aside to gather my thoughts and voice my experience to the public. Now for my story! I received a phone call from a very helpful, friendly representive from  Purebred breeders that they had a VIP return client that was in love with a puppy I had advertised on thier website. Per purebred breeders rules, I did not contact the potential new owners without purebred breeders listening on my conversation to the potiential new owners. Although this had always sounded schetchy, I at this point had not had problems before with this bizarre rule. The family wanted the puppy shipped and the closest airport was at least 6 hours away from the new family and the only day that was a good potential pick up day for the new puppy owners was that following Friday, only 3 days away. Per Purebred breeders rules as well as airline regulations, I was still required to obtain a health certificate before the puppy could be flown. I, like most working families, had alot on my plate that week, besides the fact that I was getting married that same weekend, but went out of my way after being assured that I would be paid as soon as all Purebred breeders required vet forms were faxed to the them. The forms were faxed, and even though I knew I was taking a chance I trusted them and checked the healthy puppy in to the airport that same day. The new owners, texted me the safe arrival of thier puppy 8 hours later, and were extremely happy with thier puppy. I still wasn't worried about my payment, at this time, the clients had paid Purebred breeders in full, including flight, vet and puppy price, because it was the end of the day and I assumed that it was too late in the day for Purebred breeders to wire me payment to my bank this late, as promised. I'm going to save everyone the day to day stress I went through as well as the nightmare bank fee's before I was actually paid over 2 weeks later, this is after Purebred breeders had taken and deposited the money from this nice people. Thank goodness for the honesty of people, because the woman who purchased this puppy was very concerned about this company not paying me and tried everything she could to help me out to get paid. The client as well as myself, left numerous messages to the company about when they were planning to pay me, and we were both not only getting lied to but half the time we were not even getting a return phone call. We were both told buy many employee's that the only person that could help me get paid was a woman by the name of Jenna, and that payment could only be during eastern time during weekdays, although, the client was quick to remind me that they took full payment for the puppy on a weekend during off hours.  Please be cautious if you do decide to use this company in purchasing your pet. I know there is alot of bad breeders as well, but there is alot of legit ones as well. The best way to find the right breeder is to do you homework and if possible make a family trip to the breeders home to make sure this is a legit, responsible breeder. Good luck and I hope you never have to experience this nightmare!
