On 10/22/2017,I called the company,Pure Health Discounts,to check and clarify the meaning of several FED-EX delivery status emails that were sent to me.The customer service rep rudely accosted me over the phone while I trying to ask several p pertinent questions about my order.The rep told me my package would be returned to her company and would not have to worry about my order ever again.She then hung up the phone on me.This is no way to do business with consumers that simply want to check on their orders???
