The website entices you to sign up for "free" and tells you to put your credit card down in the event that you want to pay to enroll in tournaments.

Before I knew my card had been charged $25. I not once played in a tournament or even a game. I immediately contacted customer support and explained I wanted a refund. They told me that the best way to get my money back was to submit a rebate form and it would take 10-12 weeks to receive.

I filled out all the information correctly and have now waited approximately 10 weeks. Today I contacted customer support and they told me I had given them the wrong email address and wrong purchase date (which I pulled from my bank statement).

This company thrives off fraud and do NOT expect to receive any type of rebate from them. Better yet do NOT put your credit card down because it will be charged.
