the professional con-man always tries to cover his tracks; more so, if he keeps a tame lawyer, as Pushtraffic does.
The infuriating thing about this company is that it believes it owes the customer nothing. And if the customer does not really complain, that is what the customer finds he will get. Nothing!
so how do they get away with it? This story will ring a bell with many a victim.
When I signed up, it was on condition that I get my costs returned in 30 days. I was skeptical of their prowess. I knew that was ambitious, but the behaviour of Pushtraffic was downright laid-back. I had to wait 7 days before I heard form their first 'mentor', who could scarcely believe the promise their sales vulture made: $8000 in 30 days, now down to 23, because nothing had been done.
It took me nearly the whole of that first mentor hour to agree a course of action with the mentor, who was trying to come to terms with the goal. Anyway, I did not get another hour session for 8 days (15th day after joining) but because I expressed my worries about progress, the Compliance Clerk let me talk to another mentor that week, though the other guy was uncoordinated and had different ideas. When I spoke to the first mentor again, he said he was unaware I got an hour with that guy, and disagreed with what I was told. I exchanged emails with the other guy, and sent another message of anxiety to Mr Compliance.
Won't bore you with more details. By the third week, I knew they would never make it. I never got another session that month. they provided nothing original for my money and seemed uninformed about my Mastermind entitlements. (I'd say that about everyone in the firm.)
I put in for refund, but never got a response. Typical.
I'd call this variety of scam theft by incompetence. Only with these types, there is no money-back right.
You see, JPR never thought about a refund policy when he set up the firm. Instead, he gets his lawyer to fight like hell to keep your money. let that fact be known: Pushtraffic does not refund money.
