Pyramid Management Trust Ronald L. James, Erckia L. James , Erckia Y. James Mortgage broker/Mortgage lender and Realtor Elizabeth City, North Carolina
I brought a house and we later found out the Mr. James does not have realtor license, mortgage broker/mortgage lender which ran in 2008. His company Pyramid Management does not exist according to The NC State Banking Commission his license ran out in 2008, and he is selling real estate in (AL, NC, VA) we filed fraud charges and now we lost the house as well as so many of his tentants just walked away from the houses but I am still fighting it. We need to do something about this. When we did our closing there was no lawyer present no warrant deed was issued to us, no paperwork, deed was researched to see who actually own the property. To get back at us he has filed a judgement against us, and when a local realty company checked to see if he owned the house, we were going to buy it the bank was giving us the option to buy it and found out Mr. James could not sell the house because he did not legally own the house as well as the (56+) houses that he suppose to own. We just want justice for what Mr. James is doing. At the time we were buying the house Mr. James' wife who was the Asst Districe Attorney for Pasquotank County, NC at the time and working in his office and doing his closing Mr. James has her name on (13) of the properities. We just want sont something done.
