So in your opinion the victim is wrong for trying to conduct business. Operating within the law is the obligation of the servicing business. It is the reason for the consumer protection laws and agencies that have come about. So to be clear, you have never been taken advantage of? I doubt that unless you are apart of the criminal syndicate that supports this type of business. "Pyramid Sun appears to be operating as an advanced fee loan business. According to information in BBB files this business offers loans to individuals with poor credit. Consumers are told that they must wire money to the business as a down payment/collateral/loan tax/processing fee before they can receive the loan. After wiring such funds the consumers are told that further money is needed to secure the loan. Ultimately, the consumers who have contacted us have never received their loans nor have they received a refund of the money they paid upfront. It is illegal for lenders to require any form of advance payment in order for consumers to secure a loan." This wasn't listed until recently otherwise I definately would not have contacted them. Note *No one by the name of Galvaick exist in MD nor in Google AND Charter Financial Services is located in MO*

This sounds very unlike this firm. We have conducted business with them on three loans, one of which went no where and were overnighted our commitment immediately. We closed on the other two. We share this only to balance the fact that there are not many lenders out there that communicate and stay with the process till resolution. This firm does that and beyond. They need to be commended and supported. We believe that if they had an error, they would have taken the brunt of the issue and moved on. There is a missing element to this persons grip. The only wrong doing and madness here is the people breaking the law. Since when did reporting a fraud or a company that is "Ripping people off" not supposed to be posted on this site? That is the purpose of this site. So since your reply does not meet the guidlines for a rebuttle as perscribed by this website, your comment should be removed. I wouldn't be surprised if you are actually the person that represents Pyramid Sun, LP. As a matter of fact it is in line with what you did previously on another site where you had a complaint removed and submitted a positive report posing as someone else. I also noticed that you are removing yourself from different websites. Too late for you. So you are aware, you are not discouraging us by postings like these. It is not over! We'll let the law do its thing. We have reported you to more than one federal agency and they are very interested since they confirmed you have broke the law.
