i got a free phone from qlink. the phone was stolden and when i tryed to call them a number of time all i got was precording saying i had to pay for a replacement phone to replace the one that was stolen. they said it would cost $25. i should not have to pay for a replacement phone when the phone was free to beagain with. they should just replace the phone free of charge since it was stolden. it has been 2 or 3 months now and i still have not gotten to speak to anyone its a prerecording only.
