This seller and I conversed through DH GATE for a human hair wig unit I wanted to purchase. They violated terms with DHGATE by having me pay for a custom unit directly through PayPal and not DHGATE. Nearly $300 USD was taken out of my checking account. They had shipped my wig out and provided me with a tracking number through fedex they failed to ship out. Nearly a month had passed and Still no product or update on shipment. I called Fedex, assuming it was an error in their tracking system. FedEx informed me that only a shipping label was created and the vendor never sent a package to ship.
After following up with Cyan, Seashines sales representative, she claim s that customs withheld my product and will alert her factory to custom make me a brand new wig. She even offered me a gift and a discount on future products for my troubles. Nearly 2 weeks have passed and I have no communication from the seller. They have ceased responding to any of my messages and I have yet to see the wig unit I paid nearly 399 dollars for. I cannot afford to lose that much money in this tough economy and I am losing business myself, as a performance artist without is product. In short, this company stole my money and have ceased contacting me, I implore everyone to not do business with these thieves.

It was a severe misunderstanding on both our parts. Both the seller and myself reached an agreement to refund the cost of the wig and will continue doing business with one another I apologize about this report.
