I purchased a BRAND NEW Qlink Hawk from a dealer in Charleston, SC. It was broken, right off the lot.... and could not ride it more than a 1/2 mile after I purchased it.

So - the day after I purchased it, I had to return the bike to the shop for serious repair - which took almost a HALF YEAR.

When I got it back, it was never corrected....and they replaced the wiring, the starter, and several other things.....and it never worked. It went back intot he shop about 5 or 6 times....and it never worked correctly.

Finally, Qlink decided to take it back to Texas to look at it. They apparently replaced the motor, and they sent it back to me. (after losing my paperwork)

As the delivery driver took my "repaired" bike off of his truck, I noticed the mirror's were taken off by him, for the trip.

I could see that he had seriously stripped the mirrors, so much so, that they would not go back on correctly. The left mirror is loose, and the right one was so badly damaged by him, that it would not even go back on.

He tried for almost 2 hours to jam the thing back on, and I think he did even more damage to it then.

He told me he wanted to go to the Auto parts store to figure something out, and find something to repair it with. He was unsuccessful.

While he left for the Auto parts store, I thought to turn the bike on and take it around the corner.

It took me 5 entire minutes to start the bike. Once started, the bike shook so violently, that it almost threw me off. I hit the throttle, and drove it a block to a stop sign. It completely stalled out in nuetral, when stopping. I managed to turn the bike over once again, drive it one more block, it stopped, and it stalled out again. This happened at every blocks end.
I got off, waited a minute, and the bike would not turn on any more.

I called Qlink, and spoke to them - and let them know. He said he replaced the motor, (which sounded HORRIBLE, when it ran for almost 10 seconds before dying) but to call monday. I called. They promised me they would call me back (as they usually do) because there was no one there to help me (per usual) and of course I never heard from them. I have probably 10 calls and as many emails into them. They are now ignoring me, and don't want to deal with this.

You replaced the motor? I was also wondering why it sounded different, (was so loud, almost deafening) and, it shook so much. I guess the motor was bad?

So, this nightmare for me now continues with this bike that I bought BRAND NEW from a dealer here in SC, and have not been able to ride since then.

And it still isnt running right.

And now all I have is this Frankenstein of a bike, with a million replaced parts, that I bought shiny and new that never ran right, and that is NOT what I wanted, not what I ordered, and not what I wanted to purchase.

I havent had this bike at all - it has been in the shop longer than I have owned it, and this investment is completely blown.

I posted on their Facbook page, to let them know my frustration....and what do you know...know their Facebook page is not there anymore for me...a sign that they had me blocked.

I have been so super nice about this up till now, but I wont take this anymore.

I am filing all of the BBB and ripoff reports I can find and muster, and getting myself a lawyer.

I refuse to let Qlink Motors take advantage of me anymore.

...and have told me that they will refund the total of my bike purchase, and make this right. They asked me to send them my original receipt, which I have done.

But, I am not sure where it stands now. I haven't heard from them after that for them to let me know the status, and what is transpiring. I have been trying to find out when in fact they are going to refund me, but they haven't....I have a few emails into them, and I haven't heard anything back.

I am really hoping that they do in fact follow through with what they say they are going to do.
