Qlink Wireless THESE FOLKS ARE REALLY SHADY ...WATCH OUT!! DANIA Florida
These folks are the worst..there main focus is to try to get you to buy more minutes by any means neccessary.
One practice is at the beggening of each month when new minutes are given out the website and phone system wont update minute usage for about 7 days, the objective being for you to not be able to keep up with your minutes and even more sinister is to keep showing you have your original minutes hoping you think theres a glitch in the system and just starting using your phone not concerned with minute usage... I made this known to a certain customer support agent and they all but admittted this was a know practice...WOW!..
Ok yes of course it is up to the phones owner to take responsibility and keep up with their minutes but these folks are just NOT RIGHT FOR TRYING TO EXPLOIT THOSE WHO DONT!!!
