They lied about refund check, tripping over there own BS as they went. They still had the nerve to try to charge me $500.00 as a "restocking fee" on the crap they ripped me off with. Then after my BBB complaint, and threats of a lawsuit, they claimed to have mailed two checks, one for $2,000 and one for $500 (the balance). But when I told them I had not received those checks, they Fedex's another for the full amount $2,500.00 to settle this case, along with an email letting me know that if I received the ONE check (for $2,000) they had mailed previously, to dispose of it. They are so scummy it makes me sick. I am responsible for over 150 in-home service appointments per day in my own business, and I cannot imagine the grotesque business model that deliberately rips off consumers that were fooled into buying my defective product.
I have finally received my money back, however due to the lengths I had to go to get it back, and the determined efforts on there part to assure I and all other customers of theirs would lose $500 just for agreeing to try their product,
I will Never be satisfied with this business. I do not accept their white washed response.
