QSI BARNS THOMAS FLANNIGAN RIP OFF- Non Payment of services provided, Thomas Flannigan DO NOT TRUST! Internet
I was contacted by Owner Thomas Flannigan and asked to provide Cad drawings for a barn.
I gave him an hourly rate and and he agreed to pay. Seemed very nice as I tried to help him meet his deadline. After submitting drawings he has not payed invoice for the work and will not return calls or emails. Too bad people are so dishonest when you try to help them out of a jam.
