I ordered a replacement engine for my 2000 Chrysler minivan.
The first engine they shipped had a broken block ear (where the transmission bolts on). We called, and they promised to ship a replacement engine.
When the second engine arrived, it had water and corrosion in the cylinders. We called, and they shipped a third replacement engine.
This one had problems too, and the garage charged me an additional $500-600 to get it to where it could be used.
We filed the additional cost with QUE as a warranty claim, which they said they would review and pay. But they've never paid the claim, and now whenever I call they just take a voicemail message and then never return the call.
Originally I ordered from them in part because of what seemed like a very good warranty, but at this point I have near-zero faith in them ever making good on any other warranty issues that might arise in the future, either. :-(((((( I'm very disappointed with their shoddy customer service.
