I ordered hair from this company earlier this year and my experience was absolutely horrible. To begin with, I didn't receive an email confirmation until a week after I placed my order due to the owner having a new secretary, highly unprofessional. I received the hair nicely packaged not long after I placed my order. The hair seemed to be nice texture but that quickly changed after installation. The hair tangled quickly!! I could barely comb the 'brazilian wavy' hair. I contacted the company again seeking a remedy for the tangled, stiff hair. The suggested products which I purchased & used accordingly. I noticed a black substance washing off the hair & the texture never improved. When I contacted the company seeking a resolution, I was told that there were absolutely no refunds. I suppose they though I wouldn't notice the recently changed return policy on their website, which initially read "no refunds unless we're at fault" then said only "no refunds." So the hair ended up being a total waste of money. I only use Bella Dream hair now, which is slightly expensive but is truly QUALITY hair.
