Purchased a part for my BMW from them on Ebay. The part arrived severely damaged. Quarry Motors told me to file a claim with FedEx. I handled the entire fed ex damage claim including filing the claim, sending supporting documents and following up to ensure the claim was paid. After a week or so I was notified by FedEx that the claim was approved and payment was sent to Quarry Motors.
I contacted Quarry Motors to let them know that the FedEx claim was approved and that they would be receiving payment soon. I asked that when they received payment that they send me a check for the refund as the credit card I paid them with was closed because of fraudulent charges that happened in the meantime while all of this was going on.
Another week goes by and I contact Quarry 3 times through Ebay messages. They finally respond stating that they issued the refund to my credit card. I explained again that the credit card account was closed, zero balance due to fraud and that I no longer held a credit card with that financial institution. They argue that they will only issue a refund back to the card.
Well, I can't receive that refund to the card as the card no longer exists. So Quarry got paid for this part twice, once by me, once in a FedEx damage claim. I'm sitting with a damaged part and I'm out the money for it, while they were double paid.
I have asked at least 5 times in the past two weeks for them to issue the refund via check due to the issues with the credit card. They flat out refuse. I contacted the credit card company and they said the refund won't be processed due to the account being closed and carrying no balance.
Do not do business with this company. Their prices are great up front, they ship fast, but if you have an issue dealing with them is like pulling teeth on a crocodile.
I hope the extra 115 dollars was worth it Neil Sutherland

So Quarry Motors is claiming they refunded my money through Paypal. The paypal account they claim to have sent money to does not exist. We even tried creating an account with the email they used and the money isn't there. Contacted paypal and paypal won't tell us anything, they say that Quarry Motors needs to contact them.
I've emailed Quarry twice asking them to sort out the paypal payment and no response.
Still don't have my refund. All they had to do was mail a check and this would have never come to this.
