I am consumer and I love their hair... And it doesn't matter how many years you been in hair business . But, a lot of stlylist do not know what are in shampoo or conditioner or which one to use ... They think Paul Mitchell is a good product but it's not it actually breaks your hair and sheds due to the chemical in it... I truly had learn getting virgin hair after another and spending 1,000s of dollars on it . But i learn and since I use right products to wash and don't heat my hair everyday . My hair is still bouncy don't be hater because your fried your hair and washed it with the wrong product.., it last for me about 6 months ... Sept-April and still counting

I have not purchased any hair from Queen Virgin Remy. I am merely responding to this post in complete shock and dismay. You see, after viewing pictures of the hair and reading consumer comments on INSTAGRAM i was convinced. I then decided to check out Queen Virgin Remy's website. I clicked the link on their instagram Bio and started browsing on their site.
When i saw the prices of the hair I could almost promise u that the clouds started parting and the sun started beaming down on my world. I was so excited! I was ready to dive head in and purchased over $300 dollars worth of hair. But then a rain drop fell on my shoulder. It sounded to good to be true... $60 for 20inch virgin hair. O.O i thought to myself "ive paid more for a pack of 16 inch espirit yaki hair" and on top of that im a firm believer in "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"
... Thats when i hopped on google and did a little research. I noticed that there were more complaints than good feedback. and i know from experience that some people tend to over exaggerate on the cons. But when i saw THIS specific report I KNEW FOR SURE THAT I WOULD NOT i repeat WOULD NOT be ordering any hair from this company.
that decision was not based on the customers negative review on the company but moreso in the company's unprofessional response. i was so close to being a prospective customer. EVEN after seeing all the complaints but after seeing the owners Rebuttal Its not even a possibility of me ordering.
I am SO BIG on customer service and i see that this company has a lack thereof. instead of responding in rebuttal to redeem the companies reputation and take ownership. Queen Virgin Remy shifted the blame. Not once apologizing to the customer for the bad experience. Not once offering or attempting to resolve the issue. I am disgusted! No sympathy was offered. there was no resolution. You were so busy trying to discredit this unhappy paying customer and in the mist made yourself look bad!

Lie 1 Queen Virgin Remy calls me one unhappy customer. Read the comments on ALL thier youtube reviews. There are literally dozens of women who have had the same bad experience as I/ Also notice how all of thier reviews stop after the first month. Even the people they pay to review thier garbage hair cant keep it looking good enough to do 3 and 6 month reviews. Lie 2 there are several numbers and emails that one can contact them on. this may be true but once you complain they are no longer interested in what you have to say. Lie 3 Queen Virgin Remy sells more Virgin hair than anyone in the country. They may sell a lot of hair but it sure as hell isnt Virgin. Lie 4 this report was posted by a competitor. I am a very real former custoemr of Queen Virgin Remy. A picture of my purchase washing down the drain is attached. Lie 5 they purchase hair directly from many countries..this garbage only comes from one place CHINA!! I have done extensive research and the only place you can buy hair in any quantity large or smal to justify thier prices is CHINA. Ladies unite and lets put this low budget scammer where he belongs.. OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Its sad that one unhappy customer can go to great lengths to destroy the image of a company. Queen Virgin remy has several numbers and emails you can call to discuss issues. Its funny how both of these were posted by the same person. Im sure this is a competitor tho as we sell more hair than anyone in this country. No further comment
