I was searching for a birthday gift for my brother. He wanted a Playstation 3 so I went to the internst to find the best price. I'd like to say I'm a seasoned buyer online and have not once had a bad experience. I began looking through the Yahoo merchants and came across what I thought was a great deal. A PS3 for $200 brand new from this website http://www.queencartshoppingmal.com/index.html

I was skeptical because of the price but I figured this was a certified Yahoo dealer so it had to be legitimate. There were was no negative reviews of this site so I figured why not? I contacted the seller and they reassured me of their deal and I proceeded to send a money order to the given address. Then the trouble began, suddenly the seller told me he had no PS3 units in stock but not to worry he would have his storehouse in Nigeria send me one. Once Nigeria was added I knew I had been scammed but I still held out hope. Another e-mail stated that Nigeria just cant mail one system they have to mail two I need to send more money. At this point I replayed by asking for my money back. To which I was told that cannot be done.

Even though on the Queen Cart website it clearly states that they refund items within 50 days yet here I was without even an item! At this point the seller tells me if I cant send money to Nigeria I cant get my PS3 of my money back. I'm sure third parties will say I'm stupid for sending a money order (I am btw) and more naive for thinking I could get a PS3 for 200. Bit in my defense this was a website I found through Yahoo. I mean when I have used Amazon I always buy from their private sellers so I thought the same for Yahoo. To make matters worse I have contacted Yahoo and they have told me to talk to the seller. I believe Yahoo should have some sort of accountability it is there name that this person using to dupe others into losing their money. How can they allow their name to shield those that scam others? Well at this point I am contacting my attorney general, the Ic3, and anyone else. I want to get the word out so that other do not make my mistake.

I had written a report about buying a PS3 from an accredited Yahoo! small business owner. Well they ripped me off of my money. I contacted Yahoo and that turned out to be a nightmare. They acted as if the seller was in no way connected to them even though the seller clearly has a Yahoo business account and even the Yahoo logo shows up in the URL!!! My countless complaints led to nothing as the site remained online no doubt duping others out of their money. Well it seems that individual who scammed me thought it was time to change the name of their business from Queen Cart Shopping Mal to the "Pick "N" Smile Store." Please do not be fooled by this individual he sells nothing and is only looking to rip you off! Yahoo refuses to do anything but I want the word to be out on this individual!
