You must not know about cars, because if you did you know about that. You must work for Quick Auto or somebody.I did have that type of car failure and I wouldn"t lie about that, their no reason too.It was what it was!You must be an associate or something or just unfamilure with cars what so ever to inquire to my report to be that upset of what I quoted about Quick Auto.

You said you stepped on the brakes and the car accelerated and at the same time your steering went out. Pretty unlikely.
Did you have someone look at those functions after the accident and see if they could verify your story? Did your insurance company and the police verify your story before the car was towed to the junkyard?
Brakes and steering would not heal themselves.
There's more to this story.

You buy this car and you say it has a warranty. A month and a half later the brakes fail and you hit something. You survive this wreck but at the scene you're screaming because you think you're going to die???? Did you die? You kinda think there may be some over reaction there? Well back to the story...The car is demolished as per you. What did your insurance do? Did you have insurance? Did you contact the insurance company and did you tell them EXACTLY how it happened? Are you at fault? Of course you are, you were driving YOUR fourteen year old car. Are there mechanical failures? Of course. Your insurance company is who you pay to handle this. Why was there a repo? Somehow, it looks like either you aren't telling the whole story here or there are many areas of this you don't understand.
