The scam begins with a phone call from a man named Kevin Rogers speaking in a foreign accent, saying you are approved for a loan of 5250. dollars. He tells you that you need to buy a Green dot moneypak card for 250.00 dollars to prove you can pay the fee for the term of the loan. Which is 250 dollars a month for 24 months. After you tell them the number on the card that your loan is approve.Than you receive a call that you need to pay a 148 dollar Money Transfer Fee for the transfer per Western Union to Mark Green in Kingston,Jamaica. After wards he calls and needs a 198 dollars more for fees per Western Union again. Once you do that you are told that The FTC is going to confiscate the 5000 dollars because the money must go thru their agency. They ask you to pay another 289 dollars to Shon Moodie per Western Union. Then Shown Moodie texts you and says e needs another 555 dollar payment for your loan. I have paid out at least 900 dollars on a 5000 dollar loan. Charles Mesa, Arizona
