They want you to commit to Quicken Loans without looking at any other options. Making a huge decision like refinancing my home and they want me to move ahead without any thought or discussion with my spouse. I ended up hanging up on this guy.
I think he only wanted my deposit, otherwise known as an application fee, in order to proceed with the refinancing of my largest asset, my home. $500 a day makes for a pretty nice income.
He said, I will hold on why you discuss it with your wife! LOL
This was more like a quickie ripe off!
