You know I'm telling the truth. You guy's will have your day. It's coming soon. Look at ENRON. PS I'm not some pissed off brother, I'm very well spoken and will STAND BY MY WORD. Quicken is one of the wrost when it comes to putting African-American in top positions. 99% is at the bottom or in the back processing loans. PSS - PAY THE 200 LO's that you owe. See (( link removed by ROR))- Stop hidding behind the court system, it's now coming to an end soon for you.

I hope you're not African-American, they hire them but don't fairly PROMOTE them. I, off all people should know, after 5 years of playing their games. They only have one black manager and one black DVP, but yet hundreds or thousands of black mortgage bankers. PS - And no I'm not just some pissed off upset angry brother. I own my own mortgage company and work with some of the top people in the city of Detroit as well as across the country and just telling it like it is. If your Jewish or White you'll have it made in that place, all others must struggle in order to make it to an high position. PSS - I know they will try to quickly cover this up with another well written rebuttal. But, I know the truth and will speak it as long as I'm alive. God knows, and that's all that really matters to me. Jay?

Don't do it. You will have no life, work 60 hours an week (but only paid for 40 hours) Sat. and Sun. required, and they MAY OR MAY NOT pay you if close less than 10 mortgage loan an month. Jay used to leave voice mail messages cursing us out, "Get on the F***ing phones and write some loans, it's too d**n quite in here" I have spent 5 years at the place. They used to pay us MUCH more on the loans (3 times as much as today), until they started just hiring anyone who can hold an phone up for 12 hours a day. You don't even have to have an college degree to work their, and you can even have a criminal background, they hire a ton of young people with past issues like this because most people in the job market wont work these type of hours. It's a real zoo. The managers have no experience in business management, they promote only people within who are well connected to Dan Gilbert or one of the hire up's. Good Luck! I also hope you don't have kids or an wife, you wont see them. They also make you sign an agreement that when you quit, you can't work for any mortgage company for 9 months or they will sue you for everything you have or at least try to get you fired by having thier legal team fire off letters to your new empoyer.

First of all, there is no such thing as a "no fee loan". Most of the fees are set by your state and county for title work. This is not free. Anyone who follows that bait will be sorely disappointed when they see the actual truth. Second of all, appraisors are not employed by Quickenloans. Due to the fraud laws nationwide Quickenloans randomly selects local appraisors in the specified area in a round-robbin style. Fraud is serious business. Third, Quickenloans does not forget to pay for insurance, it is automatically paid when they are due for your state. In fact, the consumer must pay an additional fee if they do not want Quicken to escrow their monies for them. That would have been noticed. Forth, What type of loan you qualify for depends on your debt-to-income ratio. Obviously Cheri was living in a house that she really couldn't afford and therefore an interest only payment made a ton of sense for her at that time. That is a great program because the interest rates are competitive and locked for 30 years. Also, you have a lower payment for 15 years. Fifth, can anyone out there tell me what benefit a low appraisal brings to a lender?? None. Quickenloans does not make any money on appraisals. We make money by closing loans and there is no more money to be made off of a low appraisal than a high one. In fact, I continually wish for higher appraisals. Sixth, we are trained to explain that the process will take 30-40 days. So much depends on third parties (consumer, appraisors, and title work) and we cannot control these people. Usually we can close a loan in 20-30 days though. With all of that being said, why would Cheri close on a loan that was a different program, had $4500 in unexpected fees, and had a low appraisal? She closed on it because it was the best offer she had. She had to much debt compared to how much money she made, she was taking some cash out of her house for some reason, and no one else she talked to could offer her what Quickenloans did. If they could, she sure would have left quicken and closed with someone else. Frankly, this sounds made-up.
