Productions, Inc., contacted my small start up business and offered to feature
my product in a segment on its show. I was told I had to make up my mind
immediately, because the space had to be filled soon. That's always a
bad sign, but sometimes when you are trying to make it unfortunately good
common sense gets drowned out.
I thought that base on the law I had three days to cancel. I contacted my investor (he also turned out to be a grade a jerk. I'll file my next report on him) and he said he thought it would be a good opportunity to get some publicity for the product. I fell for the pressure sell and signed the contract, which was on a Friday. I met with the investor and he decided that based on the charges of 35,000 it wasn't such a good deal after all and didn't want to precede with the project.
My company could not afford this without the investor so I immediately wrote to the producer that had contacted me and informed him that I didn't have the funds to proceed, but since he got the email the next business day (on that Monday) I believed this would give him ample time to replace the segment. Well Big Bad Quorum Inc didnt see it that way.

company is only funded by what I can put into it from my own pocket to keep it
going, but they have harassed and bulled me to no end and now they are
threatening to sue me. I hope this helps some other small business owner.
Stay away form this company. I truly believe this was just a con the
entire time and they believe if they keep trying to bully me I will fold and
come up with some money to pay them. Well the can keep trying cause the
pockets are turned inside out and the only thing there is lent.
