I too have been ripped-off by QX Telecom (aka: WQ Long Distance) My account was "hacked" by this rip-off company in Dec. 2002 and again in Feb. 2003 for $59.78, just as everyone else is stating. I began to complain to the "Customer Service" line (800-385-1968) on March 1st. and was given nothing but a run-a-round. After seven seperate phone calls, the last one was on April 21st. I still had no more answers then I did on March the 1st. The "Customer Service" line said that they did not or could not give me a phone number of the company's HQ in New York.
FINALY, after a long search,I have come up with a REAL PHONE NUMBER of the Corp. Office HQ in New York. The number is 212-689-9094. This number is a REAL PHONE NUMBER. After speaking with someone who stated that his name was "Ross". He claimed that he would look into this matter. He also claims that he was unaware of ANY COMPLAINTS re: false charges on credits cards.
I URGE ANY AND ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED-OFF TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND COMPLAIN. PERHAPS IF THE CORP. OFFICE IS FLOODED WITH COMPLAINTS, OUR MADNESS WILL END.!!!!!!
