OUR COMPANY DOES $5,000 OR MORE OF SHIPMENTS PER WEEK WITH R AND L. THEY GAVE US GOOD BUSINESS FOR THE FIRST 4 TO 5 MONTHS AND NO DAMAGE.

ALL OF A SUDDEN WE HAD 10 SHIPMENTS IN ONE MONTH DAMAGED, AND TWO SHIPMENTS COMPLETELY LOST WITH THEM. OUR PEOPLE HAVE WASTED DAY AFTER DAY WITH THEM ON THE PHONE, TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED.

IT SEEMS THAT THEY COULD DO SOME INVESTIGATING TO FIND OUT WHERE THE PROBLEM IS, BECUASE WE HAD NO PROBLEM FOR 4 MONTHS. MAYBE THEY HIRED A NEW PERSON WHO DOES'NT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BUT R AND L REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

AN R AND L REPRESENTATIVE SAID "DON'T EVEN BOTHER FILING ANY MORE CLAIMS BECUASE WE WILL NOT APPROVE THEM. WE ARE NOT PAYING FOR ANY DAMAGE."

HOW CAN A TRUCKING COMPANY ACT LIKE THIS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT OUR SHIPMENTS. "OUR SHIPPEES HAVE DESCRIBED THE DAMAGE AS LOOKING LIKE IT WAS DRAGGED BEHIND THE BACK OF A TRUCK."

WE HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE, AND HAVE PICTURES TAKEN BEFORE THE SHIPMENT GOES OUT THAT SHOW HOW IT IS PACKAGED. THE DAMAGE IS NOT MINOR. WE SHIP ON-ROAD AND OFF-ROAD VEHICLES, AND THE DAMAGE IS NON-REPAIRABLE.

I WOULD ADVISE ANY ONE DOING BUSINESS WITH R AND L SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP.
