R L A Inc Ripped Off For $88.00 By R L A Inc Aubrey Texas
On September 24, 2008, I ordered magazines for my grandchildren from a young man named Thomas Greenwald.
Mr Greenwald came to my door late in the evening and asked if I would allow him to come in and show me the magazine offers he had for sale. He stated he would get a trip if he sold just X amount more magazines.
I allowed him into my home and he sold me alright. What he sold me was a bill of goods. I gave him a check for $88.00 for the following magazines: Turtle at $44.00 and Disney & Me at $44.00. To this date no magazines have arrived.
The check has long since been cashed but it was cashed
into an account in Florida. I believe this makes it a federal crime because it crossed state lines. I can pull up the check information, ie, the people or company and their address from my bank account and contact the State Attorney in both Tennessee here where I live and in Texas where this is addressed and in Florida where the check was cashed.
I will definitely be doing that and I will also contact any and all government entities who will prosecute these people for ripping off not just me but so many others across the nation.
Now R L A Inc, you have messed with the wrong old grandma this time. I will not quit until I see you make recompense for every person you have ripped off and are shut down for good!
