These people stolel raw lumber from Benz lumber in the amount of $193,417 and other lumber companies throughout wisconsin and minnesota and didnt pay for the lumber supplies to build pallets.
They have stolen to the tune of 1.3 million dollars of product from Companies across the Midwest and continue to operate. It is listed here on CCAP in the state of Wisconsin.
They dont pay their business taxes to the the State of wisconsin or IRS.
They dont pay their Employee payroll taxes, for FICA, quarterly monthly unemployment etc. The employees are left to pay the taxes when the file their tax returns.
They rent their semi trailers and dont pay the monthly installments. when the owner of the semi trailer wants the semi trailer back the Rafael and Anne Guerrero hide the semi trailer. WHen the rightful owner finds the semi trailer Rafael and Anne Guerrero try to report it to the police as stolen.
The have changed their business name 6 times in 5 years to now R & A Pallet Recycling located at 5140 - 5144 S 3rd Milwaukee, WI 53207 BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE ANNE AND RAFAEL GUERRERO
