Rac Acceptance & Savon Furniture RAC Acceptance is a Rip Off Beware It is Not Traditional Financing Its Renting Sarasota Florida
My wife and I went to Savon furniture looking to buy a a bedroom set we were prepared to pay cash, ... However The sales person suggested that we look into financing... initially we were not interested but I have been wanting to build my credit so I listen to what they had to offer.....
We got hustled and we didn't read the contract properly. That was our fault...
They presented it like traditional financing but at the end of the day we are only renting the furniture and they report the payments periodically to one of credit bureaus when I say randomly I have had the furniture for two years and they have only reported two or three times I think they do this in my opinion to keep you from building good credit.
hence in my case defeats the purpose... the sales person the credit person from RAC acceptance (its Rent a Center) and the contract was completely deceptive.. We declined insurance but they have been charging insurance monthly, they call you constantly...
There is a call day before the the bill is due and please don't be late for whatever reason hospital, death in the family etc they actually sent someone to my house...
Shame on Savon & Kanes Furniture how do you put yourself in Bed with these criminals Rac Acceptance I will never use SAVON or Kanes Furniture again
