Race-Depot.com Race-Depot double invoiced me in Dec 2007 for merchanise that I have never received. They no longer respond to my emails Internet
I placed an order on the internet with Race-Depot in December 2007 for Dale Earnhardt Jr die cast cars. When I placed the order the items were listed as in stock. I checked the next day and they were listed as back-ordered.
When I received my Visa invoice in January 2008, Race-Depot.com had doubled billed my Visa account.
I have e.mails where they recongized their mistake and promised to correct this... (I have kept all my e.mails to and from Race-Depot.com)
In May 2008 through e.mails I ordered other items which again "were in stock" and was to ship the week of May 12, 2008.
The last correspondence I received for Race-Depot.com was June 8, 2008. They are no longer responding to my e.mails.
I am so very upset. This is the first and last time I order ANYTHING from ANYONE using the internet... Lesson Learned.
