I SENT IN FOR A $130 REBATE THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST. I HAD BEEN CHECKING ON THEIR WEBSITE TO SEE THE STATUS AND FINALLY ON SEPTEMBER 18TH MY CHECK WAS MAILED OUT. TO THIS DATE I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT AND SINCE LAST WEEK

I'VE BEEN CALLING THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IN THE REBATE CENTER. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH 4 PEOPLE OF WHOM I ASKED ALL TO CONNECT ME WITH A SUPERVISOR.

3 TIMES I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A # THAT RANG AND RANG. ED, THE 4TH ONE I SPOKE WITH TODAY TOLD ME HE HAD THE AUTHORITY TO OVERNIGHT THE CHECK TO ME. I WAS THEN PLACED ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES AND WHEN ED CAME BACK ON THE LINE TOLD ME HE'D ISSUE ANOTHER CHECK AND I WOULD HAVE IT ON 10 DAYS. I SAID THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. ED TOLD ME "THE SUPERVISOR IS GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING" I ASKED ED IF HE WAS REFUSING TO LET ME SPEAK WITH HIS SUPERVISOR, HE TOLD ME NO AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE 3 MINTUES TO BE CONNECTED. I WAS PLACED ON HOLD AND 4 MINUTES LATER WAS HUNG UP ON.

I WANT MY CHECK. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE AND 4 PEOPLE WERE UNABLE TO CONNECT ME TO A SUPERVISOR. THIS MAKE ME NEVER WANT TO SHOP AT

RADIOSHACK AGAIN. I HELD UP MY END OF THE BARGAIN, WHY CAN'T THEY?

Damage Resulting = I WAS COUNTING ON THAT $130 OWED TO ME BY NOW. HP SENT ME MY $30 REBATE FROM THE SAME PURCHASE OVER A MONTH AGO.
