Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a phone from them and within a couple of days I realized they sold me a defective phone. I called and then returned with my receipt for a replacement and they refused to replace or refund my $300 dollars that I paid for the phone even though it is within the 30 day refund policy. I called the Corporate office and they said that they do not replace broken phones even though they sold it to me that way. Then the store told me I should have purchased THEIR INSURANCE, even though I purchased the insurance from my cell phone carrier. They are crooks, they knew the phone was Broken when they sold it to me and since I refused to purchase THEIR INSURANCE, THEY REFUSE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND MY BROKEN CELL PHONE. The Sales person was very busy that day so he could have broken it and didn't want to lose his job because when I got home I had to still call my cell phone carrier to reboot my phone because he didn't do it correctly.

I have purchased plenty of phones from RadioShack. They ensure the phone is working BEFORE you walk out of the store AND they do a test call on it to ensure service. You are lying because YOU broke your new phone. Stop playing the victim because you are as transparent as glass. Your own story gives you away. You had your phone for a few days then you broke it, you probably dropped it or downloaded a app that caused it to fail. Either way, awful nice of you to lie and then try and SCAM RadioShack. What kind of person are you?? What you are doing is sleezy. Stop blaming OTHER PEOPLE for YOUR BROKEN PHONE. Im also the type that is a betting man. Im betting you DID NOT get ANYTHING to protect your new phone. Well you took the risk of not protecting it and NOW you have to eat the cost of a new phone.

Next time you wish to post a FAKE report, make sure your story meshes with the situation. Because your tale of woe reads as one big giant lie. Let me educate you. You CLAIM that the individual broke your phone while he was setting it up, yet further in the story you state he did not set it up. You CLAIM that you had the phone for a few days BEFORE you noticed it was "broken", yet in your own words you CLAIM you had to set it up. If YOU had to set it up, you would have IMMEDIATLY noticed any defects. You need to settle on WHICH lie you are trying to tell.

They WILL NOT give you a refund OR exchange if YOU have broken your phone. I HAVE broken my phone in the past and they have ALWAYS taken care of me because I have been HONEST with them. If they couldnt help me, then they couldnt help me. I always get their insurance as well as my carrier insurance. This way I am ALWAYS covered.

YOU are the SCAMMER here. YOU refuse to admit that you broke your toy and YOU want someone else to pay for a new one. The only ripoff here is the reputation of RadioShack. You are a sleezy conman/woman and you think that LYING on the web is going to get you somewhere. Well let me be the one who lets some light into that dark little soul of yours. Both the consumers who volenteer here AND RadioShack are a WHOLE LOT SMARTER THEN YOU!!! Both can spot a SCAMMER.

Maybe a bit more HONESTY in your life would help you in the future. Because being a lying sack of slime is going to get you NO WHERE!!!
