Radio Shack Insurance RipOff Santa Ana, California
When I originally bought this phone I was Told the insurance would Cover if the phone had water damage screen cracked and ect. My phone is in good conditions but it would just turn off and would Dial by itself. I went to the Store and the same girl who sold the phone was there. I explained what was happening she said I had to leave my phone for a week and they would send it fix and send it back to me but that it would take about a month for that. She also said I couldnt leave the phone there and then because i didnt have the charger.
She was super rude and was giving me attitude. No one wants to be phoneless for 1 month thats just not the right thing. I have worked in Customer Service for 4 years and that is not good service. After she said she couldnt help me she also said I Had to pay more money. After I was told there was no extra cost since I was going to pay month by month for the insurance. I am very dissapointed about this insurance thu RadioShack the service they give. I left my number to have a manager call me and no one ever called me. Very dissapointed never purchase thru RadioShack horrible service and its all a scam they will rip you off. And they do not stand behind Their products or what they tell you when the insurance is sold.
