Rain Soft, ripoff slime-ball Howell New Jersey
DO NOT ALLOW ONE OF THIS COMPANY'S SALESMAN (AKA "WATER TECHNICIAN) INTO YOUR HOME!!. The guy shows up and stays and hour and 45 minutes giving us a HARD sell. He hooked his filter system up to the faucet in our kitchen and was ramming on it so hard he broke it. WATER WAS AND STILL IS COMING OUT EVERYWHERE!!!Then he did his tests with our water. He was showing his "soft water" compared to our water. He hid his sample behind his big binder book cause it was as cloudy as a moring in London! The guy stayed for almost two hours! My husband had to practically throw him out. He then added food coloring to the water "oh its a chemical" he said. Keep these people out of your home. I now have to go purchase a new faucet and call some 1-888 number in who knows where to get a refund on it. Gawd knows how long that'll take!
