Rainier builders Sameer Asmar They installed a new tile Roof a year ago to replace my old leaky Roof less than a year ago and since then my Roof has been constantly leaking I had an extensive damages to my walls and ceilings and everytime I ask the owner Sameer Asmar to come and see the damages and repair the Roof he just sends one of his workers to do a patchy job with some foam I had to hire an atteorny to be able to get some resolution to this problem I even got the city involved and the owner of the company who has not been even ones on top of the Roof refuses to hold any responsibility and he said he is done and he will not do anything to take care of his bad work that his company has done .He charged me 27000 dollars and now this Roof needs to be replaced again .Very bad company the owner us very arogant and has non Ethical. Bad Company and unethical Owner who subcontracts the big jobs to small untrained workers and does not take responsibility .Very argumentive and has no experience or skills with Tile Roofs

The issue was a design flaw by the original builder. Investigated by the City of Tampa Buildings Department and found that her claim was not credible and the Chuef Buildings Inspector found the problem was a Building flaw. I even fixed the issue of the buildings design at no cost. Client has not been honest in her. Report filing. She filed with the BBB and unlike this site, they investigate the complaint and didnt find it credible. Please check the BBB and other websites.
