Defendants' Desperate action after losing case to Rainstorm

The lawsuit filed by former suspended attorney Jon Birdt is a desperate attempt by our former investors Anthony Lombard-Knight and Jakob Kinde to stop our efforts to collect on the $26,784,00 binding arbitration award we won against them, personally, and jointly and severally, for their breach of the investment agreement we had with them where they tried to re-negotiate the terms of the deal at the last minute prior to funding. Our binding arbitration award (pursuant to the agreement) was confirmed by the UK courts, and upheld on appeal by the High Court of Justice, Queen's Bench Division of the Commercial Court on February 1, 2013.
The defendants' defense was found to be totally without merit and the detailed ruling by the arbitrator confirmed that Rainstorm prevailed on all material points and was awarded 100% of the relief sought.
The action brought by former suspended attorney Jon Birdt is long after the time to protest the court's actions have expired and is brought in bad faith as well as being defamatory. Rainstorm has been victimized by the defendants' bad faith and wrongful conduct and they continue to try and harm our company.
