I attended Raintree Regina Puerto Vallarta thru RCI with my girls. This was a very nice facility. I went to a timeshare event and agreed to participate in the Raintree Discovery Club and I was suppose  recieve a weeks vacation to any Raintree resorts, also I had access to ICE PLatinum website to book discounted trips. Well I could never get access to my Raintree account to book a week. When I called I got different people who said the could not help. They did not have access to my account or they gave me a different number to call, got a dating site, or just hung up on me. Some numbers I called 1800-424-6532, 1-888-616-0592,1-866-389-0578. I could never use the discount resorts, they were either all inclusive charging 120 dollars a day per person or not available. Boy Do feel like a SMUCK! Welcome to Mexico!! I should have had two years to book a vacation, but I always hit a dead end. I Have not givin up! I do have 6 more months, WISH ME LUCK!

It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront ... I found these articles that speak precisely about this, you should read them, that might help you to resolve many doubts:

Raintree Timeshare Scam

My husband and I purchased a Raintree timeshare and have never been able to use it. We've called about 10 times to plan a vacation and every single time, I get the same response "We're sold out and have no space available". These were all different dates and locations. We got scammed out of a large sum of money. I am looking to file a class action lawsuit as many others have had the same experience. I just need to get a large enough group to fight these thieves!
