Promotes early payment & paper buy discount but paper is on hand at pri Fort Myers, Florida
Company requires pre-payment in certified funds, publishes print/mail schedules and does not perform. Company mishandles funds and operates on deposits for future publishing cycles while not paying printers all funds, sometimes not printing, sometimes not mailing, sometimes half of mail sent and after being paid for these services. Company continues to solicite unknowing designers and salespeople while not servicing existing publishers. Unfullfilled promises to make things right and correct problems. This is a churn and confidence scam, long history of repeat activity resembling a Ponzi scheme. Trys to claim not intent and therefore civil not criminal. Over 20 million in judgements against operator. Has publishers mail cerified bank checks to associates home addresses, no business location. Uses cell phones exclusively. Uses different contact name to publishers than printers and it is same individual. Long list of people, hardworking people and businesses in multiple states, RIPPED OFF.

Jim - or should I say, Shaun, because we all know it's you writing the rebuttal under guise of another name.
First of all, I'm not PublisherX you idiot, Ric is. Remember him? The guy you took thousands of dollars from to print & mail his magazines but NEVER mailed them! So don't bring up my name or accuse me of something I didn't do.
Second, you're a liar and a thief. Case in point, anyone reading this can contact Quad Graphics themselves or they can search public record to find the case: , apps.leeclerk.org/OR/showdetails.aspx?id=10874568&rn=1&pi=0&ref=search. (Click on the "View Image" link to see the judgement). The FACTS are that this case has NOT been settled and you have NEVER paid Quad Graphics the more than $20 MILLION for the judgement against you. So as usual, you can run your mouth but the paperwork doesn't lie a*****e.
Finally, the only thing on Ripoff Report for "Toni Taylor" is the s**t that you made up in retalliation for all the stuff on Ripoff Report about you. You mistakingly assume that I am the one that wrote all those reports but you could not be more wrong. Your nefarious ways have caught up with you and the people you have screwed over have come out of the woodworks. I wrote one report - and that sparked a domino affect and others jumped in. I was surprised to learn there were even more victims of your scam than I originally knew about, but bringing your scam to this forum sparked a fire that can't be put out now. And I'm glad too - it gives other people a choice before deciding to do business with you. Something myself, Ric, Shelley, Kristi, Donna, Brad, Beth, Tim, Chris - Jesus, there's so many I can't name them all - didn't have. We had no clue you were going to be dishonest and rob us of our money. So this may not be the best forum for our complaints - but it sure as hell arms the next person with all the information they deserve before talking to you.
I also see you keep changing the name of your magazine, keep changing your name, and you keep switching website domain names - hell even the design of your magazine has changed slightly. You're disgusting and I'm appalled that you keep recruiting using lies and false names to do so. It will catch up to you eventually, and I can't wait!

How ridiculous.
"over 20 Million in judgements against operator"
Two Corporations did business for years and the operator spent a few hundred Million in good monies, mailed BILLIONS of pieces and became America's largest coupon publication mailer.
CIVIL lawsuit prompted by the fall of the economy ended 3 years ago between two Corporations.
The person named here has bend the positive subject of countless industry articles from B to B magazine to DIRECT Magazine to Quad Views Magazine.
Former past member of the Postal Reform board etc.
Gave free business model to HUNDREDS of American families and most were in the program for ten or more years.
