Ok, I looked at the net and seen some great advice from people. I called them back on the 1-800-203-9783 number (like the 5th time) and told them i wanted a full refund. She asked why and i said that: 1. i was confused that there was no airfair included. 2. i was charged too much on my credit card. They said $598, and my credit card was charged $640. The failed to tell me they were charging us dollars. 3. told her that I was entitled to a refund by the 'Florida Sellers of Travel Act', which states that I may cancel any contract without penalty within 30 days She said she was going to upgrade me to an outside room on the boat (what a joke that thing is, if you havent seen it, please visit http://vacationmoments.com/ and have a look) i stood firm and said i wanted a complete refund. she gave me another counter offer. i stood firm and said i wanted a complete refund. she gave me another counter offer. i stood firm and said i wanted a complete refund. She then told me that she would refund the entire amount. YES!!!@#!#! she said to wait 8- 10 days, and i really thought she was just saying that to get me off the phone, but 10 days later the money is back on my visa. I'm not sure what it was that made them give me my money back but this is what worked for me.
