I am pleased to say the least about the way information is disseminated in this Country. After several hour, of agitation and intuitive discomfort about the cheap $698 (which was later reduced by $200) vacaion package from Ramada, my fear was re-affimed when i stumbled on this website and found out about dissatisfied customers complain and tips on how you can get your money back. I called and used all the tips. I told the Rep. that my friend took a vacation with them and he told me never to try one with them. All of a suden he became defensive and ask for my friend's number, so he could pull the information up that he knows that i got all the info on the internet. I told him it does not matter where the info comes from and giving him my friends # is an act that violates the privacy of my friend. He said i am a liar and he said he is sorry that the deal is non refundable. I remained persistent and they eventually refunded my money. I am still looking for a reasonable vacation to take my would-be wife on honey moon.I know that over a hundred people could not be wrong. I am happy i got my money back. If you want a decent vacation, be ready to pay handsomely. Be aware that some of the people that never got their money back are now selling the vacation on Ebay now under false pretences. Lastly, let the ramada people know that they can go too far either in life or business. Why don't you spend a little more, be honest to customers and tou will have their loyalty in business.
