Ramada Plaza Resort Sent Me a Voucher in the mail along with the rest of the people in the world.. And of course i was one of the many people who couldn't pass up a one time deal.. I Called Them To Find Out What Exactly I Was Approved For. Without anytime to research or even think about my decision.. I accepted the package and Paid $598.00 On My Credit Card.

when i called them they asked for my confirmation number and congradulated me for the trip discount i recieved. Then they started off with how great the cruise was going to be, everything that was included and it was to good to be true so i told him no thanks. but he demanded this isn't to good to be true as it may seem, he said i will through in much more free travel, food etc. etc. for you if you make your decision right now.. so he went on and told me i had 3 years to book, and i only had to pay $598.00 & 120 port total with two adults when i book// and i would receive free tickets to disney and universal studios, as i have never been there before i thought well maybe this is to good to pass up.. As well as other places around the states

I then asked him if i make my decision today and i pay $598.00 And i Decide to Cancel..... Will this be a problem?? He then told me It depends on the state i'm in, i told him i was in canada and he said yes you will get a refund at your location. i then told him he could process my information as long as i could get a refund if i changed my mind. I wrote down everything that was to include in the package.. he processed my credit card and ended the telephone call in a hurry. He Also told me he would send me the agreements to my email/ so i waited on the email.. I then checked my email Some hours later to find out.. The agreements weren't totally what we agree'd on.

So i thought i would just look on google to find out a little more info and came across Rip Off.. To Find All of these innocent people have been suckered into the same type of fradulant sceme. Yes Fradulant!

He told me their hotels were top class. He said This Was A Top Of the Line Dream Vacation For Myself And the Girlfriend..

And that he also told me the ship was only 3 years old. Later to Find This was a 60 year old ship passed down from queen elizabeth, okay well i wouldn't say that is a dream vacation seeing that a 3 year old Cruise Ship Would Be Much More like a dream than something Very Old And Run Down As MOst Would Say... As well as the hotels they stayed in.

The way the man Described The Vacation Is nothing compared to what most saw what it is..

I called Mark W back that same day i purchased and said to him that i didn't want to be sorry for the decision i made.-- later.. And that i would like a refund, He Said to me no problem you will see it back in your account in 7 - 10 business days, so i thought i would dig a little deeper seeing that other on this site spoke about similar incidents. i called others in the plaza to find out how refunds worked, and to find out everyone in the building is telling me that The Purchase of this Record are on a non cancellation basis and i coudn't get my money back..

So i then called Mark W. back, and i said to him howcome everyone else i speak to is telling me that i can't refind this.. and you told me that you have already reversed the payment.. and he then replies with OH im sorry i just looked into that and your state doesn't allow refunds.. Well i say i'm in canada and he says oh yeah thats right uHH well we don't give refunds this is on a non cancellation basis so he lied to me and didn't reverse the payment as he stated in the second conversation. soo i dug deeper to find that you could only cancel through customer service at 1 800 203 9783. And they told me that i had to speak with a specialist. so they would put me on hold for hours and i would never speak to a specialist. so i just called back a few times and said why am i still on hold i should have already spoke to a specialist and they began to hang up on me and be very rude and tell me i couldn't get refunds so i then asked to speak with a manager, and the manager told me that i wasn't to call back because i'm wasting their time and that i cannot cancel my purchase that i could only use it thorugh the company for a cruise through RPR..

And if they cant do anything for me I Certainly hope they can put a stop to this company's Rip Off Fraudulant ways..

They should be straight up and honest about the ships they offer and honest about anything else they offer because it is certainly a cruise for those who can't afford the high class Ships.. In Which case they should make it clear that your discount is not for one of the high class cruises as they make it out to be..
