Ramada Plaza Resorts Vacations ripoff, lied to me, told me I could get my money back and never did Fort Lauderdale Florida
I was called about this lovely vacation package that I could recieve and so I listen to what they had to say. They told me I could get my money back if I chose to not go on the vacation package, they also declined to tell me that I owed them another $1,792 in order to go on the vacation. I am in some financial difficulties right now and I can not travel because of my back I told Ramada this and they told me that all I could do was extend the vacation package and then they wanted to charge me for that.
I told them I just wanted my money back and I did not want this any more. Ramada told me I had to call another number which was 1-800-203-9783 in order to get my money back, instead of the number I just called which was 1-800-551-0234. I called the 1-800-203-9783 number and asked for my money back and they told me in order to get my money back I had to sell the vacation package and that they could do nothing for me.
So I have been on ebay trying to sell this voucher and I am having no luck because I do not want to lie to whoever is going to buy this vacation package off of me so I am up front about the costs and that this is only a voucher but no one is going to buy this voucher. I am very upset because I had asked Ramada before I bought this voucher if I could get my money back and what the fees were and they never told me.
I was totally decieved and now I can not get my money back because Ramada decieved me. I just want my money back and I do not want this stupid voucher anymore. Please help me.
