Ramada Plaza Resorts Fabulous holiday sold to us Thanks to this web-site, we did not travel and ended up cancelling same. ripoff Fort Lauderdale Florida
We live in Ireland and received a call from Canada in relation to the fantastic Ramada Plaza Resort holidays available. After spending over an hour on the phone we us, we finally handed over our credit card details to the grand sum of $998.
However, we found your web-site, and when we received the holiday package, immediately wrote back advising that after carefully considering same, we felt the holiday was not in fact suitable for us and to refund our money immediately.
Two weeks later, we received a phone call from Ramada who advised that they had just had their mail "returned to sender" and could they check our address again. We told them that we had found this web-site and that we immediately wanted the return of our 998. The agent on the phone said that she was extremely sorry to hear of us cancellling and that she would arrange to do this and further send us out a free holiday voucher.
We honestly expected never to receive our money back, but within 2 days of the last phone call, the full $998 was credited back to our account.
Thanks to this site, we would never have known how bad their reputation is. We wish all of you the very best in getting your refunds back.
