Ramada Plaza Resorts Ripoff! lied about details/cheated out of money Ft Lauderdale Florida
promised two for one plane tickets from my airport on any airline but ended up having to use their airline partner which added $120 to each ticket price from what I should have paid.
required me to pay extra money for hotel rooms as my family of 6 could not be accommadated in one room. I paid the ugrade only to have to share a room in orlando my first night. I paid for an upgrade on the rental car in order to have a van, a van was not reserved in my name so the 6 of us drove around in a four door car.
we were told we would be sailing on the imperial majestic and had pictures of a lovely room. we stayed on the regal impress which was a small, sub-par conditioned vessel. we were promised tickets to disneyworld for my party of 6 but received nothing.
during the time share sales pitch, after 1 hour and 45minutes, I told the sales person i had 4 kids back in the hotel and said I would like to end this now. He said I could leave anytime I wanted but I needed to stay if I wanted my hotel vouchers.
