This company is a joke , i was scammed into thinking this was a ligit company until finding ripoff.com after accepting one of RPR's packages. After a search and finding various web sites with all negative remarks on this company. i felt soo stupid.

I immediately called back the next day to cancel and was stated it was non-refundable, no way , no how. I argued with "Natalie" in cancellation for 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one over her. I said you mean to tell me there is no one over you. So you must own the company.Then finally a Mr. norman got on the phone.

i stated to him that i purchaased a package for $396.00 and that $798.00 was taken out of my account. He said that it would all balance out and that he could credit $198.00 back to my account and that I could pay the difference when I was ready to take my trip. I said no, no ,no I don't think you heard me I want to cancel, I Want all of my money back. He stated that he couldn't do that and I would just have to take the loss or let the vacation expire.

I waited until later on that night and called back to the cancellation dept. This rep offered me a $99.00 package and after I stated no, he was very, very nice and granted me a refund. So the next day iI checked my account and the $396.00 was on a hold at my bank. So i called cancellation back and stated that $798.00 was taken one day and $396.00 was taken the next day.

This lady was also very nice. She stated that $798.00 was originally put on hold because that was the original price of the trip and $396.00 was put on hold because that was the other amount for the trip.

The $798.00 should be credited back after the 3rd business day and the $396.00 5-7 days after. She was able to give me a cancellation number and the remarks that i made the day before to the very nice rep. that iI had wanted to cancel because it was not feasible at this time with no hassle. I also am sending a cancellation letter to Gina Johns and just crossing my fingers waiting to see both of these credits back in my account.

After that I am closing this card out and requesting a new one, so no mistakes can be made with this company deducting anything else from my card. I will never let this happen to me again. Please beware and be persistant about getting your money back. don't give up .I will let you all know the outcome of my refund.

I also received the voucher for 1,600 like everyone said the reps sound like they are reading a script and very fast, you actually have to stop them to ask questions. The confirmation department is the same, they speak very fast. After I gave them my credir card info and they charged $798.00 as a initial deposit I felt something was not right so I went online and found this site, WOW what a eye opener. I immidiately called the cusotmer care line abckt to cancel and ther lady "ROHCELLE" whom I spoke to was very nice and gave me several options how to save the vacation but I politely delined all her other options and she finally gave me a cancellation confirmation number and told me it will take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear I will ahve to wait until then. I also immidiately contacted my credit card company to brief them on the situation and they assured me that it will be handled if the charge gets posted and the refund does not apprear in 3-5 business days. I will give you a follow report on the results, hoping I will get the refund. A good lesson learned. Thanks all for your comments!

HELLO EVERYONE, I received a credit back to my account in three days after arguing for 45 minutes with Natalie that I couldn't. I also e-mailed Gina Johns a letter. Don't know if that helped. "Maybe so" or if it was just that nice cancellation rep. that did it. Either way as long as I got my money back . That was so scary the thought of losing my hard earned money.
