I also received the voucher for 1,600 like everyone said the reps sound like they are reading a script and very fast, you actually have to stop them to ask questions. The confirmation department is the same, they speak very fast. After I gave them my credir card info and they charged $798.00 as a initial deposit I felt something was not right so I went online and found this site, WOW what a eye opener. I immidiately called the cusotmer care line abckt to cancel and ther lady "ROHCELLE" whom I spoke to was very nice and gave me several options how to save the vacation but I politely delined all her other options and she finally gave me a cancellation confirmation number and told me it will take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear I will ahve to wait until then. I also immidiately contacted my credit card company to brief them on the situation and they assured me that it will be handled if the charge gets posted and the refund does not apprear in 3-5 business days. I will give you a follow report on the results, hoping I will get the refund. A good lesson learned. Thanks all for your comments!

HELLO EVERYONE, I received a credit back to my account in three days after arguing for 45 minutes with Natalie that I couldn't. I also e-mailed Gina Johns a letter. Don't know if that helped. "Maybe so" or if it was just that nice cancellation rep. that did it. Either way as long as I got my money back . That was so scary the thought of losing my hard earned money.
