RAMADA PLAZA RESORTS LIED TO ME ABOUT SHIP AND HOTEL TYPE!! FT. LAUDERDALE FLORIDA
I was scammed when I received the $1600 voucher in the mail and called. They described a luxury cruise ship, wonderful hotel accomadations, 1 full day in the Bahamas, tickets to universal, and trip to Las Vegas and Mexico. After I gave them my credit card for $698 I got off the phone and researched them on the internet to see the great places I would be staying, I came upon this ripoff report. Of course I felt sick because I thought I had just thrown away $698. I called the next day to cancel the trip and get my money back, they said they would refund my money and it would take 7 to 10 days.
This only took me 10 minutes to tell them why I felt I had been lied to and get them to agree to refund my money. I thought that was too easy so I didn't expect to get my money back, but I did in 7 days. So even though they were very deceptive I feel lucky to have gotten a complete refund.
