So it turns out that I didn't get all my money back yet. I only got 399 of the 800.00 I spent, I do have a letter though from a Gina Johns stating that I should have a full refund. She will not return any of my calls, calls from my bank or any type of communication. I am going to send a letter to all the administration stating that I need a full refund as promised. I called CS so many times and they make me sick every time. They told me that the money has been refunded and 'you should talk to you bank, they must be holding it.' that is ridiculous. Why would my bank be holding money that supposedly has been transferred directly back to my credit card. I am just waiting now to get some paperwork from the bank showing that I have not received a full refund. We need to get as many people calling/emailing dateline and letting them know. This company has an 'F' for their report card through the BBB and I don't understand why they are still allowed to run as a legitimate business.

So I have had some interesting issues. I have only go half of the money back. I wrote the heads of the company and Florida Consumer Affairs. They got a letter stating that there would be a full refund made. I have been told that the full refund has been issued and that my bank is holding my money from me :s so I have to talk with them. I have talked with them and they have called RPR many times and have tried to explain that they haven't received the second amount. I told the first lady I spoke to at RPR not to refund half of the money because I was afraid that it would complicate the process. My bank has told me that the request for the additional money has been rejected because RPR can't issue two refunds for the same purchase; exactly what I was afraid of. I am getting all the paperwork/documentation from my bank and I will be taking this matter up with RPR legally if I have to. I know it is only 400.00 but this hassle and deceit must stop. There is one thing doing business, and there is a whole other story with taking advantage of the hopes of others.

1. You need to call your credit card /bank , to dispute the charges and to declare identity theft. You didn't state whether this was a credit card or a bank card. They should transfer all legitimate charges to a NEW ACCOUNT and close out the old one - most will verify the charges over the phone with you. There should be a toll free number on the back of your card for customer service - You need to call this number ASAP!!! 2. File an identity theft report with your local law enforcement agency and obtain a COPY of the police report (I'll explain why you need this.) 3. File an identity theft report with the FTC and your State Attorney General Office. 4. WRITE a letter to each of the 3 credit reporting agencies, informing them of the identity theft (INCLUDE a copy of your police report). This is to accomplish 2 things: 1. Place a permanent (1 year ) fraud alert on your credit history so that any NEW credit must be verified with you before the credit is approved. 2. The police report is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act so that you may obtain 2 free credit reports during the next 12 months to monitor your credit for additional fraudulent credit. These 2 free credit reports are in ADDITION to the free annual credit report you are entitled to per the FCRA. Good luck.
