Ramada Resort ripoff Florida
I had received the vacation package from Ramada Plaza Resort vacations. I called to check the price, just curious. I thought it might be a good deal for a nice vacation. I have never purchased anything like this and had no experience before to deal such situation. The sales rep was very nice to me at first, but when she told me the price, I replied that I could not afford that amount. Then, started to convenience me and she transferred to another rep who gone through the detail about the package and in the mean while also asked me about the charge.
It was my mistake, didn't hear carefully what she was asking about my concern about the charge and i said yes. It was the biggest mistake in my life that I ever made. When I call the rep to request them to cancel the package they told me that its over 30 days but in fact it was not. I have received the package on Aug 18th and I claimed the refund on sept 14th which is less than 30 days. they said its over 30 days and thay unable to refund my money.
When I call the rep to cancel my package and money return , they hung up.
I don't know I will get my money or not. But I will fight for it.
