RAMADA RESORT RAMADA RESORT... LIES.... ARE FULL OF DECIET... AND GREEDY!!! FT. LAURDALE Florida
Me and my husband recieved a coupon in the mail for $1600 off a cruise because of our good financial history. Well.. sounded great! They said all we had to do was pay "$698" WOW o.k! Well, we asked them twice "Is this all we have to pay" they replied YES! Well a few months later we actually recieved our video and pamplets and it had a bill for another "$698" I called and told them that I was told one payment and that was it! They said sorry but that is not correct....say what! I told them it was out of my range and wanted to cancel.......afraid not! They refused to refund me my "$698" and told me that if i did not pay the other "$698" I would lose my first payment of "$698".....I WAS SO SICK!!!!! This will be my first time to the ocean....and something I have always wanted to do!!!!!! So I said well o.k, maybe we can do it. Get this..we paid an additional $99 for a couple to go with us. when I called to go ahead and pay for the other "$698" they told us that we had to pay an additional $871 for our guests to stay in seperate rooms. We were supposed to share a room...they said they do not have double occupancy! Omg........ not again!!!!!! And the reviews are horrible!!!!! The Regal Empress is a heap of junk! Well we had already sunk "$1400" not including the ($871 for our guests) onto this we went ahead and upgraded to carnival cruise lines on the Sensation FOR YET AGAIN $1180. We will be going SOON.........PLEASE PRAY FOR US!!!!!!!! LET THIS BE KNOWN, WE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES IF THIS WAS ALL WE HAD TO PAY AND THEY SAID "YES" EVERYTIME I CALLED BACK IT WAS MORE MONEY I HAD TO PUT OUT!!!!!!!!:( I'M TO SCARED TO CALL AGAIN!!!!!
