I truly hope you all have the same luck as I did! I am amazed that this company is still in business and is allowed to pull the obvious scam this whole vacation get-away is. I pray that someone, somehow is able to shut these jerks down for good. The resourses I used were wonderful and I believe my persistance paid off. I Priority mailed my initial letters to both the Commissioner and Ramada Plaza's main address and in approximately 3 weeks had a refund ($1196.00 - not too shabby!) If I can do it (even AFTER going on that god awful adventure) anyone can! Keep me posted on all your results!
